Dillon Piotrkowski: Certified Flight Instructor
The reason I chose to attend Embry-Riddle for my flight training was because I wanted a degree in the field I planned on making a career out of. I wanted to ensure I had all of the knowledge I could on everything aviation." |
Licenses/Ratings: Commercial ASEL & AMEL, CFI, CFII
Dillon completed his training at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Science. He decided to move back home to Raleigh after college to pursue CFI and CFII training when he looked into FlightGest and loved everything about the school and the employees. Dillon would recommend getting a headset that has good noise cancelling and an iPad mini if you are going to use an iPad for training. As a student pilot, he would recommend getting either a first or third class medical and he always tells everyone to use Sheppard Air to study for their written exams. Dillon's biggest takeaway from his training is to never get discouraged with flight training. Sometimes you may feel like something isn't going to happen, but that's aviation. It is something you never rush, it's something you want to perfect. |
